Hoppin' with Unity...

Welcome to this month's Unity Hop!  Hope you like a few new projects
I made this month!  This first month is one of the newest sets recently released,
and it is called "New Magic"!

She's been colored with Copics, and there's bits of Wink of Stella on her
wings as well as the butterfly!  I added a little lace doily and some handmade
flowers I made using some of my Lindy Magicals and Spray as well as some tiny
beads to the centers, and distress ink mix to the leaves.

Next up, I am sharing a watercolor card that I made using my distress markers!
I added a shiny bling, little paperclip and watercolored doilies to add to the
softness I was going for in this project...

The image is from the October - Holiday Hugs KOTM.  Make sure
you sign up by the end of December to be locked into this $26 rate, 'cause
come the beginning of the year, the price will be going up!  But, it is
so worth it, and I am so happy that Unity was able to keep this pricing
for those who want to lock in this year!!

The fun sentiment is from another older kit, but still one of my favorite
kits (and it's on sale for a great price, right now)!

Enjoy the magical discount through the end of this year!!!

I'll be sharing a few more projects through this sale, so come back
to my blog to check them out!  Have fun hoppin' and shoppin'!!

Scrap-Mart: Mini Blossom Card!!

I have a sweet mini Blossom Card to share with you.
It features one of the NEW Spellbinder dies...

Blossom Five

Really easy to put together by making the base of
my mini card with the Blossom Five die...
and the center using Echo Park designer paper & a Standard Spellbinder die.

My flowers are handmade (again with the Blossom Five die),
by using Glimmer Mist pink and blue shades
spritzed light and heavy to give you that real flower loo...
and with just ONE sheet of paper towel!  Pretty cool right?
I admit, one of my most favorite flowers to create...they're soft and scrunchy!

I took it a step further and decided to spray Glimmer Mists
in shades of green for the foliage..another NEW Spellbinder die!

The sentiment set is from Just Rite Stamps,
and it was stamped onto another
Spellbinder Die - Label Twenty Three!

Pre-order you NEW dies and all these supplies

Scrap-Mart: "Thinking of You" Card

It's my day to share a project I've made using products you can purchase directly from the
Scrap-Mart on-line store!

Thought I would share a  "Thinking of You" card to cheer someone up that's having a hard time right now.   I have a very special friend that is in need of some comfort right now, so I had her in mind when I made this card!

You'll see I added a sweet little birdie that's a "Cuckoo clock" die cut designed by Samantha Walker, and the little handmade flower is also a die by Heartfelt Creations called "Posy Patch" to my Spellbinders Label Eighteen (in pink).  The beautiful Unity sentiment lays on a Spellbinder Classic Oval with Scallop die.  Everything has been distressed ink with Ranger Distress Inks too!  And, don't you just love that Spellbinder Postage Stamp die...so perfect with the Crate Paper "Random" 6x6 Mini Pad.

Well, I am off to mail this to my beautiful girlfriend!  Hope you get a chance to get caught up in making cards or any other craft project you might have in mind!!

Have a fabulous day!

Thinking of You Sitting Marci!

Oh my goodness..it's March 1st!  That means it's almost Springtime, so I thought I would share sweet little Sitting Marci with you all today!  I'm really digging the NEW Play Time DIGI stamp collection of La-La Land Craft stamps..and hope you are too!!

Isn't she so cute sitting and thinking about her sweet friend?  Designer Papers I used are from Doodlebug, and really remind me of Springtime.  I've added a beautiful pink gingham ribbon, Doodlebug brad, some machine stitching, and fun color palette to show you how ready I am for Spring-time!  How about you?

Here's a close-up of this sweetie...I just love her hair texture and that adorable outfit she is wearing!!   So funny, but I have to share...my daughter owned a little outfit almost exactly like this one that I sewed for her years ago and with these similar colors!  I guess that's why it's touched me so when I saw this paper and with what Sitting Marci was wearing, I just had to use the color palette again!!
That wraps it up for me today!! Enjoy your week!

H{ippity} Hop!!

Happy Monday {ippity} friends!!  It's the 4th week of our monthly IHHTC2 challenge, which means we have a "final twist" this week!  So, today we are challenging you to "use ribbon"!!

I pulled out my gingham ribbon today, and decided to make a gathered ribbon flower embellishment for my card!  I thought it would be a sweet touch to the adorable little birdie papers by My Mind's Eye called "Tickled Pink"!    The {ippity} sentiment is from the "How You Doin'?" stamp set!!

I'm hoping this card will bring a little sunshine to my Auntie, and I sure hope that will cheer here up a bit!

Next on the hop is  LISA ARANA who has made a gorgeous creation to share with you today!!
